The newest member in the iQOO Z9 Series is here with the Z9 Turbo+ which was launched in China today. It brings several changes compared to the iQOO Z9 Turbo including a different chipset, larger battery, Wi-Fi 7 connectivity, and improved protection against dust and moisture ingress.
The Z9 Turbo+ is equipped with MediaTek’s Dimensions 9300+ chipset, replacing the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 found in the Z9 Turbo. The new phone also gets a 6,400mAh silicon-carbon battery that promises “off-the-charts” battery life of up to 16.4 hours of online video playback. The new cell still offers up to 80W of wired charging.

Additionally, the device is IP65 water and dust resistant, an improvement over the IP64 rating of the iQOO Z9 Turbo.
The rest of the specs from the 6.78-inch AMOLED (FHD+ 144Hz) to the cameras – 50MP main camera, 8MP ultra-wide and 16MP selfie camera are identical between the two Z9 Turbo variants. The new phone also boots OriginOS 4 based on Android 14.
