The OnePlus 13, revealed picked up a software update in China last month that comes with a macro mode. Once you download and install this update, you will see a petal icon in the OnePlus 13’s default camera app, which will allow you to click macro photos using the 50MP ultra-wide camera.
The OnePlus 13 features three Hasselblad-branded 50MP cameras on the back: primary, ultra-wide (120˚) and periscope telephoto (3x optical). There is a 32 MP camera on the front for selfies and video calls.
The OnePlus 13 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite and runs Android 15-based ColorOS 15 out of the box. However, the international models will boot OxygenOS 15. The smartphone comes with up to 24 GB of RAM and 1 TB of onboard storage, but the global versions are rumors to have only two options: 12 GB/256 GB and 16 GB/512 GB.
The Snapdragon 8 Elite powered flagship is built around a 6.82″ 1,440p 120Hz LTPO AMOLED display with a built-in ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. The smartphone is fueled by a 6,000mAh battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. The OnePlus 13 also has an IP69 rating.
